Show Praises Town Papers 'An exceptionally fine tribute was paid to the country p.3ss by Congressman Cong-ressman J. B. Aswell of Louisiana in a recent speech, in which he said, in part: "The country newspaper is the most thoroughly read publication.. It is essentially the family or community newspaper. It is a community enterprisea enter-prisea sort of public institution. The character of the news requires reading from cover to cover.
