Mrs. Lawrence Meriam and Mrs Floyd Sperry of Salt Lake City aro visiting relatives and friends in Moroni this week. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Issacson announce an-nounce the birth of a son. Mrs. Tom Bailey, Mrs. E. D. Anderson Ander-son and Mrs. Caroline Lauritzen are Salt Lake visitors this week. Mrs. B. F. Goats has returned to her home in McGill, Nevada, after spending a month in Moroni with her mother, Mrs. A. M. Anderson. Orlando Bradley and Ottis Bradley have gone to Pocatello, Idaho, to attend at-tend the funeral of their brother Ja-rome Ja-rome Bradley. Funeral services for Mrs. Isaac Bruno were held Thursday afternoon in the East ward chapel. Prayers were offered by James Larsen and Leonard J. Anderson. The choir sang, "Beautiful Zion Built Above" and "I Know That My Re deemer Liveth." Special numbers were: vocal duet, "My Father Knows," Mrs. P. J. Draper and Ray Blackham, violin and cornet duet, "Abide With Me," Dorain Sorensen and Lewis Black ham; vocal duet. "The Upper Garden." Mrs. Elmo Irons and Mrs. Ernest Anderson. An-derson. The speakers were Orlando Bradley Daniel Anderson, Soren C. Nielsen and Bishop Elmo Irons. Mrs. Susan Louisa Lowry Bruno was born in Moroni, April, 30, 1859. Be-idses Be-idses her husband, Isaac, 80 years "old, she is survived by the following children: chil-dren: Mrs. Mary Snow, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Lawrence Larsen, Moroni, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren grand-children and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. H. A. Setty, Serion, Utah, Lon Lowry of Sterling, William, Clare and Ernest Lowry of California. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Storey of Heiner, Utah, are visiting relatives and friends in Moroni. Mrs. Mary Jane Blackham has gone to California to remain with her daughters, Mrs. Ernest Morley and Mrs. Spencer Christensen, for the winter. win-ter. Mr. and Mrs. Newell Curtis announce an-nounce the birth of a baby girl at their home. Mr. and Mrs. Scott Bruno are vis-iitng vis-iitng in Logan this week with their daughter, Mrs. Bert Bradley. |
