Show NOTICE OF THE FILING OF CLASS D PETITIONS FOR ALLOTMENT OF WATER BY WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT All persons interested will please take notice that there have been filed with the Board of Directors of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, petitions applying for the landowners owning land in: DAVIS COUNTY: Section 6, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian- RICKS CREEK area. Section 13 Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian WOODS CROSS No. 1 area. Copies of petitions containing contain-ing the description of each tract and the terms and conditions condi-tions under which the water is petitioned are on File in the office of the Weber Basin Water Wa-ter Conservancy District, Layton, Utah, for public inspection. in-spection. The names of the petitioners and the amount of water in acre-feet applied for are as hereinafter set out: PETITIONER, ACRE-FEET Val and Cindy L. Bar ton 1.0 Dale W. and Norma Ford, 11.0 The Board of Directors of the District will meet in public session in the Davis County Commission Board Room, County Courthouse, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, 9:00 a.m., Friday, September 30, 1983, to consider consid-er each of such petitions and any and all objections that may be presented in writing by any persons showing cause why any of said petitions should not be granted. All persons interested in-terested may appear at such hearing and show cause in writing why said petitions, or any thereof should not be granted. Failure of any person to show cause in writing as aforesaid, shall be deemed an assent on his part to the granting grant-ing of said petition.
