Show FUND CAMPAIGN FOR SALVATION ARMYWON The Salvation Army fund campaign cam-paign is now on in full swing in Sanpete San-pete County and it is confidently expected that the County's full q"ioto will have been raised by Saturday night July 26. During the week nearly every city in the county was visited by Caption Engel of the Salvation Sal-vation Army of Salt Lake and en couraging progress is reported from all districts. Mt. Pleasant has been divided into several districts each having a live chairman and committee com-mittee and personal canvasses being made of the city. Ed. Johnston was appoin'el Coun- ty Chairman, and Miss Hilda Madsen, City Vice Chairman. Other Vice Chairmen were appointed as follows: Harry Rasmussen of Fairview. E D. Anderson of Moroni, Bishop Oldroyd of Fountain Green, and Eugene All-red All-red of Spring City. They expect to ' have the work of soliciting done bv Saturday night. The Mt. Pleasant Commercial & Savings Bank has been selected as Treasurer for the county. |
