Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS, State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, -Utah, January 18, 1917. Notice is hereby given that James h. Nielson, whose post office address is Fountain Green, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 191 1 and 1915, to appropriate two (2) cubie-fcet of water per second from 'Big Hollow Creek, Sanpete County, Utah. Sr.id water will be diverted at a point which bears south 6 degrees 45 minutes west 960 feet from the northeast corner of Section fi. (own-shin (own-shin 14 south, Range 3 east, Salt Lake baae and meridian, and conveyed convey-ed by means of a ditch for a distance of 3050 feet and there used from March 1 to October 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 30 acres of land embraced in the east half of the southeast quarter of Section G, township and ranger aforesaid. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7053. All protests against the granting of said application, staling Ihe reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed iu this office of-fice within thirty (30) days after t lie completion of the publication of i this notice.
