Show II I HI II II MlllsWs II Si II I I NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS In honor of their son Austin, who left Thursday to take a three month's course in mechanical mech-anical training at the University Universi-ty of Utah, and their nephew, Francis Neilsen, who has joined join-ed the naval reserves, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Frandsen entertained entertain-ed at an elaborate dinner Tuesday Tues-day evening. About fifty guests were present including a large number of out-of-town .relatives, .relati-ves, and friends. A program of musical numbers and various games were enjoyed following dinner. Mrs. Joseph Monsen entertained enter-tained informally at luncheon Tuesday afternoon for Mrs. A. S. Nilson, Mrs. 'S. E. Jensen, Mrs. A. V. Mcintosh, Mrs. Eex and Miss Crystal Jensen. Mr. and Mrs. Hans Neilsen entertained, at dinner Monday evening complimentary to Francis Neilsen and Austin Frandsen. Covers were placed for fifteen. Miss Leona Jensen returned Tuesday to Price after a ten day's 'visit here with relatives. During her stay Miss Jensen was the honored guest at several sever-al dinners and luncheons. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Poulson are receiving congratulations on the arrival of a daughter at their home Monday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Slaugh and little son left Wednesday Wed-nesday morning for their home at Vernal after several month 's visit here with Mrs. Slaugh 's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Petersen. Mrs. George Eyland of Price spent the early part of the week here with relatives. |
