Show FAIRVIEW NEWS . Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Stewart are receiving congratulations on the arrival ar-rival of a baby boy at their home on Oct. 18 th. Mrs. Dave Carlston, who spent the past summer here, has gone to Mam-frnoth Mam-frnoth to spend the winter with her husband who has empleyment there. Miss Tamer Cox, who spent the past two months at Ogden returned home last week. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Keeler and ifamily have gone to Bountiful where Ithey purchased a farm. They expect ex-pect to make their home there. Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Vance and children have moved to Clear Creek 'to spend the winter. Mr. and Mrs. Tucker Orten have also moved to Clear Creek for the winter. Lewis ' R. Larsen has purchased the home of Walter Keeler. James Andrew Larsen has purchased pur-chased the home formerly owned by Lewis R. Larsen. ,'iast week. 1 Miss Welda Mower, who was op- 1 Harold Christensen and Miss Riuby 'Graham were Salt Lake City visitors , 1 erated upon for appendicitis, at a hospital in Salt Lake City some time ago, returned home Wednesday. 1 She is reported to 'be getting along I nicely. Her mother, Mrs. Addie I Clark accompanied her. I John A. Pritchett is reported quite ill at his home this week. C. L. Pritchett, manager of the Fairview Mercantile Co., has just 'returned from a ten, days hunting rip out east. .Mrs. C. jP. Olsen and children went to Monroe last Sunday to join Mr. Olsen, who is teaching in the high school there. On Tuesdy evening a fruit shower 'was given by Mr. and Mrs. Carl Sundwall Sund-wall at the picture show, in honor of Ernest L. Miner and family. Each person attending the show brought for his ticket, one quart of fruit. iThe shower was a decided success and was very much appreciated. |
