To promote and guard. the welfare of soldiers, sailors and mar-fnep mar-fnep who were engaged in the World Wan and to lend aid and comfort to their families. 6. To preserve and cherish the memory of the men and women who sacrificed their livos for the liberty of the world. 7. To promote, erect and maintain main-tain local, state and national memorials mem-orials of the men and women of the World. War. To do everything in our power to turn these lideals into real, concrete con-crete living things. The , grandmothers, mothers wives, sisters and daughters of men and women who actively participated participat-ed in the World War are earnestly requested to be present at a nieet-ing nieet-ing to be held in the auditorium of the Library next Wednesday, (Oct. 27th) evening at 8 o'clock.
