Show PIONEER LADY DEAD Annie Kerstene Larsen Reynolds died at her home in this city last Thursday afternoon. Mrs. Reynolds was born at Abeck, Denmark on the 6th of March 1842. She became a member of the Latter Day Saints Church while a youth and emmi-grated emmi-grated to Utah in the year 1861. On the 27th of October in the same year she was married to Wm. F. Reynolds in the Salt Lake Endown-ment Endown-ment House. They came to Mount Pleasant in the year 1867 and made this their home since that time. Funeral services were held at the South Ward Cl.apel last Monday afternoon. Bishop James Larsen presiding. Bro. Jacob Hafen, John Carter and Pies. C. N. Lund were the speakers, all of whom spoke' of the goounf ss of the departed cne. Sacred music was given by the choir and many beautiful flowers were given by friends and relatives. Sister Reynolds was the mother of eight children, three of whom preceded her to the grave. They were Anna, Laura and Willie- Those who survive her are Mrs. Clara Kof-ford Kof-ford of Provo, Miss Elnora Reynolds A. F. Reynolds, Carlos M. Reynolds and Levi W. Reynolds. |
