Show NOTICE TO WATER USEES State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, June S. 1S15. ' Notice is hereby given that the Cedar Creek High Water Irrigation Company, by Christian Rasmussen, whose post office address is Mount Pleasant, Utah, has made application 'in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah. 1!."I9 and bll, to appropriate twenty (20) cubic-feet of water per second from Cedar Creek, Sanpt te County, Utah. Said water will be diverted di-verted at a point which bears north 86 degrees no minutes east 20S feet from the southeast corner of section SO, Township 15 south, Range 5 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 11.SS0 feet and there used from April 1 to October 3i, in-' elusive of each year, to irrigate 1.SS0 acres of land embraced !n Sections l', 10, 11, 14, 15 and 23, Township, 15 south, range 4 east. Salt Lake! base and meridian. This application! is designated in the State Engineer's' office as No. 6 IOC.
