Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Stale Engineer's Office, Salt Lake Ciiy, Utah, June 8, 1915. Notice is hereby given that the Cedar Creek High Water Irrigation Company, by Christian Rasmussen, whose post office address is Mount Pleasant, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirement? of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws ol Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate twenty (20) cubic-feet of water per second from Cedar Creek, Sanpete County, Utah. Said water will be diverted di-verted at a point which bears north 8 6 degrees 55 minutes east 208 feet fiom the southeast corner of section 30, Township 15 south, Range 5 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a dislance of 11,880 feet and there used from April 1 to October 31, inclusive in-clusive of each year, to irrigate 1,880 acres of land embraced In Sections 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 23, Township 15 south, range 4 east, Salt Lake bare and meridian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6106. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons, rea-sons, therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fi e of $2.50, and filed in this office: within thirty (30) days after the Date of first publication June 18. fompletion of the publication of this notice.
