The appointment of receivers re-ceivers for the Missouri Pacltlc rail road and for the St. Louis, Iron Mountain Moun-tain & Southern tho two lines form Ing t ho Missouri Pacltlc Iron Monntnin system, with 7,200 miles of track was sought In the federal district court hero late Monday. Two distinct receivership suits were brought by the Commonwealth Sleel company, a New Jersey corporation, which operates a large steel mill In Granite City, III. Ono suit was directed di-rected against, tho Missouri Pnclllc and tho other against tho Iron Mountain.
