JUDGE A. N. CHERRY GOES TO PACIFIC COAST The last issue of the Gunnison Gazette has the following item: The community regrets that Judge A. N. Cherry who has been a familiar i figure with us for several years past has of late been failing in health ne cessitating his removal to California. Judge Cherry left yesterday, accompanied accom-panied by one of his sons. Before taking his departure Mr. Cherry presented pre-sented the high school, in which he has always taken a deep concern, with several choice volumes from his library. Judge Cherry is the father of J. W. Cherry of Mount Pleasant and during his many visits to his son here has made many warm friendB, all of whom regret the necessity of his leaving Utah but hope the change may restore health and strength.
