Show UP-TO-DATE BAKERY FOR MT.PLEASANT P. R. Brinkman, a first class baker by trade, has come to Mount Pleasant recently from Salt Lake City and will establish a first class bakery in this city. It will be located on the corner of Main and State streets in the building owned by Mr. Elmer Miller. The rooms now occupied by the Mount Pleasant Electric Company Com-pany will be used by Mr. Brinkman in conducting his business. The Electric company will move farther south on State street into the Hansen building. Mr. Brinkman is a German and was in business in South Dakota before be-fore coming to Salt Lake City. He learned the baker's trade in the Fatherland before coming to America Amer-ica and he will give the public first class service in every detail. A Robertson Oven will be used with a capacity of 150 two-pound loaves. He will be able to turn out 600 loaves per day w'hen necessary. Mr. Brinkman will not only bake bread, but he will make all kinds of pastries and will be able to supply the trade with whatever they may desire. He will open up his place for business busi-ness within a week or two. |
