Show ii s ; ; j , Fairview ; Mrs. Malgaard entertained the Ladies Literary Club Oct. 31st. After an hour of instruction in fancy work g-iven by Mrs. Malgaard, an interesting interest-ing meeting was held, following this an excellent dinner was served. Mrs. Draper of Provo is a guest i of her brother, Myron Johnson. The funeral of Mrs. Eva Filmore was held Friday the First. The speakers were Hans P. Hansen and Willard Mower. Each spoke of her many good qualities and her pleasant pleas-ant disposition. The large attendance attend-ance gave evidence of the esteem in which she was held. Four of her brothers, one brother in law and one ciusin acted as pallbearers. Her brothers James Young of Mexico, Thomas Young of Idaho, Lindsey Young of Salt Lake and Alma Young of Mt. Pleasant, also her sisters, Mrs. Zina Gundra and Mrs. Eliza Berry of Silver city attended her funeral. Mrs. Filmore was thirty three years old. She leaves a husband and two children, a boy and a girl. j Pat and Jess Young came home from Salt Lake City Tuesday where they have been studying music for the past month. They will attend the Snow Academy where they will divide their time between studying and instructing. |
