Mrs. Olive Anderson wont to Nephl last Saturday where she attended the wedding of her grand daughter, Connie Shepherd to Claude Worthington of Nephi at the home of the bride's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Christensen. Christ-ensen. The ceremony was performed per-formed by Bishop Elgin Garrett. They plan to make their home In Nephi. Mr. and Mrs. Noldon Jacobsen of Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Johnson of Am rican Fork spent Sunday with relatives here. Mrs. Mary Draper received word this week of the marriage of her granddaughter, Jeanne Faun Williams Wil-liams of San Leandro, Calif., to Richard F. Davis. The ceremony took place In Reno, Nev., on Aug. 21.st. She Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. IewLs Williams. Mrs. Williams, mother of the bride, was formerly Miss Laura Draper of Moroni. . The M H Club met last Thura. at the home of Mrs. Margaret Jacobson where the afternoon was spent in sewing after which a delicious del-icious hot luncheon was served. Those present were: Mary Draper, Drap-er, Celia Nelson, Edna Larson, Hena Nlelson, Dorothea Olson, Amelia Mallln.son, Helena Olrton, Muy ChrlHtensen, Margaret Jacob-son, Jacob-son, Mrs. Hanna Cloward, the latter lat-ter being a special gu;st. The F H M Club was entertained entertain-ed at the home of Mrs. Claude Christensen last Thura. evening. The time was spent In social chat after which a delicious hot lunch wa served. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dychcs announce the marriage of their son, Doyle, to Miss Mary Brother-son Brother-son of Mt. Pleasant on September 2.rth. The ceremony was performed at the home of the brides mother by Bishop Ixo Larsen. The Archette Club members i were entertained last Thursday evening at the home of Mrs. La June Prestwlch. They enjoyed social chat after which a delicious lunch was served. |
