Show Noted Composers Featured In Monday Concert Program to be played by the BVU band which will appear for a concert at Mt. Pleasant Mon- day evening was announced this week by Mrs. G. B. Madsen, president of the Mt. Pleasant Music Guild. The Guild is co-sponsor of the concert with Wasatch Academy. The 67-piece band will be directed di-rected by Dr. John R. Halliday and will appear at the South Ward recreation Hall at S:15 p. m. for the concert, Mrs. Madsen said. Guest soloists will be Gay Peterson and Walter Richards, talented vocalists. The program is as follows: Prelude and Fugue in G minor, Bach; Act III "Lohengrin" "Lohen-grin" (Prelude), Wagner; "Come Sweet Death", Bach; "Finlandia" Sibelius. Duet, "O Lovely Maiden" from La Boheme, Puccini, Gay Peterson, Peter-son, soprano. Walter Richardson, tenor, Ruth Wall, accompanist. Panis Angelicus (Heavenly Manna).
