Show UP AND DOWN MORONI'S INCLINES By June Nielson As you all know, Moroni's annual an-nual junior Prom is just around the corner this coming Friday. The Juniors have chosen for their theme. "Apple Blossom Time," and they have a very nice plan of decoration worked out under the direction of Ray Sumsion, president, Connie Hansen, Han-sen, vice president, Mary Draper, secretary, and Joan Nielsen, prom chairman, assisted by class advisors Mr. Kelson and Mr. Lund. This year as all other years before it, the students of M. H. S. look forward to another commercial com-mercial contest bursting with work, worry and happiness. This contest includes typing, shorthand short-hand and bookkeeping. The students are working hard in order that they might bring back some honors. The F. H. A. club (Future Home-makers of America) met last weoK. .-viiei a ci guou program, refreshments were served, and plans were made for the activities for the coming months. During last week the student body was honored by a visit from a trio of girls organized by the Graham Lyceum. The girls danced, sang, and played the piano. The assembly was enjoyed en-joyed by everyone. Last Thursday Moroni High. School students were treated with a picture show on hobbies and sports presented by Mr. Bos-well Bos-well and Mr. Fisher, representing represent-ing the Standard Oil Company. |
