Show All Towns Are Represented In Beautification First meeting of the advisory council lor the North Sanpete Home and Community Improvement Improve-ment program will be conducted Sauiruay at 7:30 p. m. at the North Sanpete hign school home ; economics department. ! At this meeting, according to V. N. Ball, superintendent ot the North Sanpete school district dis-trict under whose auspices the program was initiated, immediate immedi-ate tentative plans for the program pro-gram will be discussed. Teachers, subject matter and dates for holding sessions which will be conducted throughout the district, will be discussed at Saturday's meeting, Mr. Ball said. Also to be worked out are detailed plans for town organization orga-nization of the beautification drive with town captains, block captains, city planning committees, commit-tees, etc. Members of the advisory committee, com-mittee, officially announced this Week, are: Clifford Blackham, city councilman, Moroni; YVelb Aagard, mayor, Fountain Green; Ben Lamb, city councilman, Wales; J. Emil Jensen, bishop, Chester; Dermont Madsen, board of education, Moroni; George Anderson, Moroni stake president; presi-dent; Ben Staker, Mt. Pleasant city; Keith Hansen, mayor, Fair-view; Fair-view; Chris Sorensen, Spring City; Levern Jensen, board of education, Fairivew; Arnold Stevens, North Sanpete Stake and Thomas Judd, North Sanpete San-pete newspaper, Mt. Pleasant. Actual supervison of the program pro-gram is being carried out by Elden Westenskow, V. H. Gun-derson, Gun-derson, Lawrence Kelson and Jay Reynolds. |
