Anderson on his 80th birthday will be held at his home Sunday, Feb. 22, for his immediate family. Mr. Anderson was born at Fairview, Utah. He is a son of John and Helena Rees Anderson, and has lived all his life in Fairview with the exception of two years he spent as a missionary in Scotland and 3 years as a temple worker at Manti. He has been active in the church having served in the Stake MIA in the Ward Sunday School Superintendency, in the Ward M. I. A. presidency and for 21 years as a member of the High Council of the North Sanpete Stake. He served two terms as a city councilman. Any person violating this provision shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction to thereof shall be subject the penalties prescribed by the City Ordinance. Also, every person who has or under in his possession his control any dog or bitch, within the corporate limits of this city shall keep any such dog or bitch securely locked up from one hour after sunset of any day until an hour before sunrise of the following day.
