Show Young Matron Dies In California Mrs. June Berkeley Petersen Wittmus, 25, well known in Mt. Pleasant, died in a Stockton, California, hospital March 12 after a lingering illness. Mrs. Wittmuss was born in Standardville, June 1, 1923, a daughter of George and Ada Bills Berkeley. She attended the Mt. Pleasant schools and was a member of the North ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She has lived in Lodi, California, the past two years. Her mother, Mrs. Ada B. Berkeley Berk-eley Draper died in 1945. Surviving are her husband, Ray Wittmuss of Lodi, Calif.; three children by a former mar-i mar-i riage, Patsy Ann Petersen of -Lodi, Calif.; Gary and Judy Pe-tersen Pe-tersen of Salt Lake city; a brother, broth-er, George William Berkeley of Sacramento, Calif.; her foster father, Roswell N. Draper and two sisters, Norma Elaine and Aloa Joyce Draper of Mt. Pleasant. Pleas-ant. Funeral services and burial took place in Lodi, Calif. |
