While the Con- j situation bars a state from levy- ing tariffs on imports and exports and from discriminating against the commerce, shipments and citizens of other states, there is hardly a commonwealth that has not devised some regulation to; promote the use of materials made "at home". Truckers have been hard hit by regulations and many products have been serious-j ly affected.
