Show ChasSe Anderson Dies In Salt Lake I-.Ii-s. Chastie N. Anderson, 79, Widow of Oscar Andersen, died m a Salt Lake hospital Tuesday night. Mrs. Andersen suffered a broken hip in a fall last Thurs-o.ay Thurs-o.ay while visiting at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Howard Strang, in Salt Lake City, and her death was the result of com-:-lications. She was born in Sweden June 0, 1 Jo0 a daughter of Neils and Kama Neilson. She came to Mt. Pleasant with her parents m lil'.S, where she had made her home for more than three quarters quart-ers of a century. She was married in the Endowment En-dowment house in Salt Lake City Octooer 12, 1878, to Oscar Andersen, And-ersen, prominent farmer and 1. ndian war . veteran. He died August 17, 1936. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Owen Meiling of Lehi and all's. Howard Strang of Salt Lake City; five grandchildren; a sister and three brothers, Mrs. Joseph Monson and Hans, Neils and Andrew Neilson, all of Mt. Pleasant. Pleas-ant. Funeral services will be conducted con-ducted by Bishop Henry P. Olsen at 2 p. m. Saturday in Mt. Pleasant Pleas-ant North ward L. D. S. chapel. Friends may call at the family nome, 287 North First West street .rom 10 a. m. Saturday till time of services. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Pleas-ant city cemetery, directed by . acobs mortuary. |
