Show Notice to Contractors Sealed proposals will be received by the undersigned at Mt. Pleasant, Pleas-ant, Utah, until 10:00 a. m. August 16, 1937 and at that time publicly cpened and read for a brick and concrete additicn, containing toilet rcoms, boiler and coal rooms, to the Hamilton School at Mt. Pleasant, Pleas-ant, Utah. Plans and specificaticn and proposal pro-posal blanks may be obtained at the office of the architects, Fetzer anc Fetzer, 510 Terr.lpleton Building at Salt Lake City, Utah, or at the office of the undersigned, for which a deposit of $5.00 fcr a set will be required, all of which sum will be refunded provided the bidder has submitted a bid and has return-.d the plans in gcod order to the office of the architects not later than August 7, 1937. This work is proposed to be let under two contracts: one contract covering the general contract including in-cluding electric wiring, and another contract covering plumbing and heating. Combined bids covering both contracts con-tracts will be received by the under-i under-i signed and considered with the separate bids. Proposals shall be made in strict accordance with all conditions of the specifications and must be made on blank fcrms to be provided pro-vided by the architect. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for at least 5 per cent of the amount thereof, made payable to the undersigned; this amount to be forfeited to the district if the accompanying bid if accepted and the bidder then fails to enter into the contract or tc furnish the bond required. Contract Con-tract and bond forms rray be seer at the office of the architect. . The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all proposals or to accept any or all alternates.
