Brinton Brin-ton of Mt. Pleasant, was honorably released frorq active service in the mission field this week, according accord-ing to Don B. Colton, retiring president pres-ident of the Eastern States mission cf the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mrs. Brinton, the former Helena Anderson of Fairview, has been in New York the past few weeks and will accompany ac-company her husband to Los Angeles, Ang-eles, California, where they will make their hcimle. Elder Brinton served1 as president cf the West Pennsylvania district before going to the mission office as publicity director. In the latter lat-ter capacity he conducted the publicity pub-licity campaigns which attracted over ten thousand persons from all parts of the United States and Canada to the mammoth three day conference of the church in Palmyra, Pal-myra, New York, July 23, 24 and 25. |
