Hansen announce the marriage of their daughter Ina to Harold Christensen Christen-sen of Moroni at Nephi, December Decem-ber 10. Everyone wishes them success and happiness. 51 of the students of the Nephi Seminary under direction of Le-Roy Le-Roy Whitehead, furnished a splendid splen-did program last Sunday afternoon after-noon at Sacrament meeting. It consisted of lalks, musical numbers num-bers and readings a"d was enjoyed en-joyed by everyone present. Mr. and Mrs. Osmond Crcwther and Mrs. Lyda Guymon went to Salt Lake last Friday for the purpose pur-pose of purchasing a pianoi for the Hoav- Economics club oi Fountain Green, which they have placed in the Municipal Hall, for use thhr?. This building is usea very of en for all kinds of cntr-tainmentr, cntr-tainmentr, and whenpver a . piano has been nteded, it has been n-c-essary to move cne from some other buildin!. -so thi-. purchase wH be very m':ch appreciated. The officers of the organization for 1P34 are: Mrs. Helena Hansen, president; with Myrtle Livingston nnd Ro e Guytn'n sr. aids, and Id-ena Crowthtr, secireteryw. New officers are elected e.t each January meeting. An excellent musical program was cnioyed Sunday evening at the ward chapel and was given by the students of the Junior high school under the direction of Ver-iion Ver-iion Johansen. A large number was in attendance. Wendell Anderson, 11, son of Mr and Mrs. A. G. Anderson, was operated upon las Thursday evening eve-ning for appendicitis. He is improving im-proving nicely and will be able to be heme for Christmas. Mr. and Mrs. Niels Lund announce an-nounce the marriage of their son Jewell to Miss Evelyn Mor'ensen of Levan on December 18th in the Manti Temple. Miss Doris Green, age 8. daughter daugh-ter of Mr- and Mrs. Wilford Green was taken to the Moroni hospit.ai this week to be operated on for appendicitis. |
