Show Stake Conference to Re Held Saturday Evening and Sunday Quarterly Conference for the members of Timpanogos Stake will be held Saturday evening: and Sunday, Oct. 15 and 16. All meetings meet-ings will be held in the Stake House with President Boyd L. Fu-gal Fu-gal presiding and conducting. Representing the general authorities auth-orities of the LDS Church at all meetings will be Elder Walter Dajisie of the Church Welfare Committee. The conference will open Saturday Sat-urday at 6:30 p.m. with a Welfare meeting. All Stake and Ward Welfare Committee members are expected to attend, President Fu-gal Fu-gal said. At 8 p.m. also Saturday evening, even-ing, the general Stake Priesthood meeting will convene. Invited especially es-pecially to attend this session are all members of the Aaronic, M.'l-chizedek M.'l-chizedek and Senior Aaronic Priesthood Quorums and also the unordained male members of the stake. General sessions will be held on Sunday at 10 a.m. and 2:30 pjn. to which all Timpanogos Stake members and other residents resi-dents of the area are cordially invited. At 7:30 p.m., also on Sunday, the traditional LDS Youth Conference Con-ference will be held under the direction of the Stake MIA officers. of-ficers. According to YWMIA President Wanda Blackhurst, 'the program will be based on the Book of Third Nephi, with Readers, Read-ers, Narrators, choral groups, a vocal 'and organ soloist and a choir number will be included in the program. |
