Show sessment on all lots, parcels and pieces of land to be affected or benefited by such improvements and abutting on said sidewalks, such assessment to be made according accor-ding to the number of front feet abutting on said sidewalk. All protests or objections to I such improvements or to the car-I car-I rying out of such intention must be in writing, signed by the owners own-ers of the property affected, describing de-scribing the same together with the number of front feet represented repres-ented and filed with the City Recorder Rec-order on or before the 30th day of September, 1954. The City Council Coun-cil at its first meeting thereafter, to-wit: On the 4th day of October, 1954 at the hour of 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall of Pleasant Grove, Utah will hear and consider such protests pro-tests and objections to said improvements im-provements as shall have been made. NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice is hereby given by the City Council of Pleasant Grove, Utah of the intention of such City Council to make the following described de-scribed special improvements, to-wit: to-wit: To grade and construct of Portland Cement sidewalks 4 feet in width on each side of the following fol-lowing described street in Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove, Utah: Locust Avenue beginning at sixth south street and running; south to the South City Limits, a total of 2225 feet. Said proposed improvements shall be designated as Sidewalk Paving District No. 3. The estimated costs per front or lineal foot of property abutting on said proposed sidewalks is $1.35 per front foot on each side of said street. The abutter's portion of the cost and expenses of said improvements will be paid for by a special as- |
