The mayor said that the grandstand would be completely roofed in, to provide shade for afternoon af-ternoon games. Early in the month a meeting of all local Industrial League fans will be held to get the 1956 baseball wagon rolling. The purpose of the meeting is to reorganize for the current season and to elect officers offic-ers and directors to carry on during dur-ing 1956. Mr. Goode emphasized that the meeting will be open to all adults of the Pleasant Grove area and that anyone present is invited to speak, nominate, and vote. |
