Lim, Lyean Johnson, Arminta Hayes and Floyd Walker. 24 Years Ago Girls of the local High School athletic assciation have received a certificate of membership in the National Women's Athletic Association. Types of athletic activities planned for the year 1932-33 and the managers of each are as follows: fol-lows: Baseball, Jean Smith; tennis, Leone Burch; basketball, LaPreal Walker; hiking, Ruth Armitstead; swimming, Nina White; kickball, Reva Downs; archery, Laura Swenson; track, Josephine Farr; volleyball, Neva Ash; and dancing, Margaret Lee. 24 Years Ago The first issue of the PGHS newspaper, "The 'G' Transcript" will appear Friday. The publication publica-tion is being supervised by Miss Estelle Fenton. 24 Years Ago Last Saturday evening a home coming was held in the Third Ward chapel honoring Robert Holdaway, Opal West and Melba Fugal, recently returned LDS missionaries. 24 Years Ago The Central Committee of the Timpanogos Boy Scout Central Committee held a court of honor hon-or meeting at the Stake Tabernacle Taber-nacle Thursday evening. The committee, com-mittee, is composed of the following: follow-ing: M. S. Christiansen, chairman; Stanley B. Harris, C. R. Clark, Ernest Er-nest Smith, W. L. Robertson. 24 Years Ago j Junior High Schoool students enjoyed an outing at the mouth of Battle Creek Canyon last Friday Fri-day evening.
