Show Gold and Green Ball Held Saturday Night Striking and artistic decorations decora-tions set a gay mood for the Timpanogos Stake Gjld and . Green Ball which was held in the recreation hall of the Stake House last Saturday night, Feb. 25. A Oarous-"l theme was created creat-ed by the use of an original painting, paint-ing, striped awnings and a wooden wood-en merry-go-round. Herbert Gilbert welcomed the guests to the ball and Darlene Parker narrated the beautifully executed dancing which made up the floor show. Stake dance directors Maiy Helen Brailsford and Darlene Parker were presented with a gift of appreciation from Ward dance directors Bemell and LaRae Hal-liday, Hal-liday, Harley and Gay Hales, Du-ella Du-ella Jakelman, Mary Varney, Jay and Alta Mae Johnson, Lynn and Lois Trevort, Bob and Lorcnvi MeCausland, Lowell and Barbaia Baxter, Don and Jewell Hutchinson, Hutch-inson, LaVoy Christensen, Maxine Max-ine Green, Bonnie Hooley, Dennis Den-nis Thayne and Aloma Bring-hurst. Bring-hurst. Refreshments were served by the Stake MIA officers and the Nite Hawks furnished the music. |
