Show 'White Stuff?' Old Timers Say Snow Fell in PI. Grove There was white stuff all over ov-er the ground early last Tuesday morning. When this report was prepared at 8 a.m., more of it was falling from the cloudy sky. . Old timers said the stuff was snow, just like they used to have every winter. However, the small fry were not so sure, not having seen much of it for some time. Anyway the storm was most welcome. Reports from the northeastern north-eastern watersheds were to the effect that 11 inches of new snow had fallen at Alta Skd Resort. This brought the total snow cover cov-er there to 60 inches. And it was still snowing. During the weather wesk ending end-ing at 6 pjn. on Monday, Feb. 27, there were traces of measurable meas-urable moisture on 5 of 'the 7 day3. A week ago the weather experts ex-perts said that for the next 30 days precipitation would be a-bove a-bove normal in Utah. Looks like they might be proven right.
