Edgar A. Smith To Receive Degree At Commencement At Indiana U; Edgar A. Smith, of Pleasant Grove, is among those tentatively listed to receive their degrees at the midyear commencement of Indiana University on Sunday, Feb. 8. The midyear commencement ceremonies will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the University auditorium. Dr. M. O. Ross, president of But ler University, will be the speaker at the commencement to be followed foll-owed by a reception given by President Herman B. Wells for the degree recipients and their parents. par-ents. Smith is scheduled to receive the doctor of education degree in educational psychology.
