Show Air Force Develops New Exposure Suit The Air Materiel Command's medical laboratory has produced a new all-purpose exposure suit which will keep a downed airman afloat in water or protect him from icy winds on land, a one-piece coverall large enough to fit comfortably over the heaviest clothing now used by USAF pilots. Sponge rubber closings around the neck, water sealed zippers zip-pers and wrap-around rubber straps at the wrists and ankles seal off thes openings. Jobs ranging from accountants and acetylene burners to watch repairmen re-pairmen and weather observers are available in a new survey of jot prospects being conducted by veterans vet-erans administration. Job counseling is provided at at VA regional offices as well as ai nearly 200 guidance centers throughout through-out the country. Many changes have been disclosed in employment outlooks out-looks as a result of defense mobilization. |
