Show CENTRAL SCHOOL NEWS The student council of the Central Cen-tral school this -week elected new officers. They are Jerold Jacobs, president; Sheila Mitchell, vice-president vice-president and Gary Price, secretary. secre-tary. The student council is made up of a representative elected from each room. They meet once i week and help to decide the policies and activities of the school, each representative rep-resentative bringing to the council the ideas of his or her own room. The Central School is cooperating cooperat-ing with the BYU in their teacher-training teacher-training program. During the fall winter and spring quarters, prospective pros-pective teachers have trained at the school here. Fifth grade are going on an educational ed-ucational tour on Friday. Second Grade boys and girls are working on a program which they plan to present to their parents next week. Notes will be taken home by the children, giving the date and hour. |
