Pecan Slices (Makes 40 lx2-lnqh bars) 1 cup all-purpose flour Yt cup shortening (part butter) 2 eggs, beaten l'A cups brown sugar 1 cup chopped pecan meats Yi cup shredded coconut 2 tablespoons flour teaspoon baking powder 'A teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla Combine the 1 cup of flour with shortening and mix until creamy.
