Show Second Ward To Hold Spocch Festival In Mirtua! Tuesday A treat is in store for members of the Second ward next Tuesday evening, when a program of stirring stir-ring patriotic music and historical ketches will highlight the speech festival "Our American Destiny" presented under the leadership of Leda Thorne, speech director.
