Show Poultry Coop. Cancels Annual Meet Cancellation of the proposed membership meeting of Utah Poultry Producers Cooperative Association, scheduled to be held in Salt Lake Friday of this week, has been announced by Clyde C. Edmonds, Qneral Manager. Mr. Edmonds reports that the total business of the poultry co-op. last year exceeded I8V2 million dollars, including the sale of eggs, poultry, and turkeys for members and the purchases of feeds, supplies and equipment equip-ment by members. A meeting of the board of directors di-rectors will be held Thursday of this week to give consideration to the holding of a series of local or regional meetings with members mem-bers as fast as they can be arranged, ar-ranged, to discuss problems vital to Utah poultry producers if they are to continue to meet War Food Administration's high production pro-duction goals for eggs and poultry poul-try in 1945. Means of electing new officers and directors to fill expiring terms will also be discussed dis-cussed at Thursday's meeting. |
