OCR Text	Show o Supreme Court Denies Petition Of Candy Firms WASHINGTON, March 25 The Supreme Court Monday denied the petition of three Utah candy companies com-panies for review of a lower court decision upholding a Federal Trade Commission order requiring the firms to discontinue the use of punch boards in disposing of their products. Glade Candy Company and Ostler Candy Company of Salt Lake City, and Shupe-Williams Candy Company Com-pany of Ogden, Utah, sought the appeal charging that certain sections sec-tions of the Federal Trade Commission Commis-sion Act are unconstitutional, and in addition that the FTC order was made 'in defiance' of evidence.
