Funeral services were held Sunday in the tabernacle with Bishop Bish-op H. B. Warnick of Manila ward presiding. The right of the United States forestry service to control Timpanogos Timpan-ogos cave has been set for hearing before the register of the United States land office July 12th. The case has been continued for more than a year. ' Rollo Thornton, druggist, is reported re-ported to be slightly improved. He has been at his home for the past ten days suffering from rheumatism. J. Thornton Strong, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Strong, while playing with the lawnmower on July 4th had the misfortune to cut off the first i finger of the right hand below the i first joint. I Mr. and Mrs. Harold S. Walker are 'rejoicing over the arrival of a baby iboy, born July 3rd. j Tuesday afternoon Avalyn Rich-I Rich-I ards was "traveling up Lindon hill in 'his Ford "bug" accompanied by his ; little daughter. In making a turn ' off the road near the Lindon school the car struck a sandy portion of the jroad and the child was thrown out, ! the car wheel passed over her head. ' She was ru.hed to the Lehi hospital j seriously hurt but will recover. |
