Show Life Long Resident Called by Death Robert Singleton, 73, life long resident of this city, died at his home on the East State Road at 1:30 a. m. Tuesday. Mr. Singleton died after months of suffering from a capcer on th side of his face. The deceased was born in American Ameri-can Fork, December 4, 1880, a son I of John and Catherine Creer Single-Iton. Single-Iton. His father died on Christmas jEve in 1865, having been frozen to idea;h in a blizzard. Mr. Singleton married Miss Mary Ann Bolen, who passed away here several years ago. He is survived by a half-sister, Mrs. Phoebe Blood of American Fork. Mr. Singleton was a faithful Latter-day Saint. He held the office of High Priest at the time of his demise and for many years served as a ward teacher. He was a generous contributor con-tributor to worthy funds, a good neighbor and friend. Services were being held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the First ward chapel as this paper went to press, |
