Bone held at the Lehl cemetery Sunday afternoon. after-noon. Mr. Bone died in Idaho, and was brought to Lehl for burial. T. TJ. The First Ward Primary association associa-tion held their regular monthly business busi-ness and preparation meeting Saturday Satur-day evening at the home of Mrs. Mary Humphries. The evening was spent in making flowers for their chil'drens' operetta "Donald's Friends," after which a tasty lunch was served. The Religion class teachers and their partners enjoyed a party Monday Mon-day evening In the Relief Society room of the First ward chapel, aa a closing social of the Religion class season. Competitive games were playfed, (prizes being won by Mrs. Frank Edwards and E. Ray Gardner. A girls trio sang a selection and Miss Ann Clayson played, a violin solo during dur-ing the evening. Word was received last week from Salt Lake City of the death ol August Babbel, 79, who Viied of Injuries In-juries sustained when he fell whllq alighting from a street car the forepart fore-part of last week. Mr. Babbel will j be remembered. as the father of Mrs. Frank Grastiet, a former resident of this city who is now living in Ogden. |
