A dance followed the game. Friday evening the "M" Men and Gleaner Girls entertained at a banquet ban-quet and social in honor of Reed Burgess who will leave next week for the Eastern States Mission. Sunday evening a farewell testimonial will be given for Elder Burgess. The many friends of Bishop E. W. Burgess will be pleased to learn that he is improving nicely after an illness ill-ness of a month with rheumatic fever fev-er and will soon be able to be out again. The Daughters of the Pioneers held their regular monthly meeting in the Relief Society rooms Thursday afternoon. Mesdames Olivia McGregor, Mc-Gregor, Delilah Strong and Bertha Bates were the hostesses. Mr. and Mrs. MeMn Devey entertained enter-tained at a family dinner Sunday. Those present were, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Devey and children, Mrs. Pheobe Wilson and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. D. Healey and son, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Bates and daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. James Grant and baby, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Terry and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Adin Brown and children, chil-dren, and Mrs. W. A.
