I Berg-Peterson Wedding Reception One of the most outstanding soci:tl evenis fur Juno was the prettily arranged ar-ranged wedding reception given last Friday evening, June in tho Alpine Stake Tabernacle amusement hall, by Mr. ami Mrs. John K. Berg in honor of their (laughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Howard I'eteisoi., wli:e marriage marri-age took palce the previous day iu the Halt Lake Temple. T'j e reception hall was decorated In a color chemo of pink and white, summer (lowers and cleverly draped paper being the motifs used. An arched bower of grass and pink rose formed a background for thu bridal party. Hakeis of (lowers and ferns ulso figured in the creation. The: bride, formerly Mi-ss Vida flerg, was lovely in a bouffant model of orchid talfeta with an uneven hem line and a full bridal veil also in orchid. She carried a shower bouquet of roses and llilies of the valley. Matron of honor, Mrs Ernest Webb and the bride's sitfter, was a pretty picture in pale green satin and lace. Her bouquet was of orchid sweet jn;an and pink roses. The bridesmaids, Mias Mary Shelley and Miss George-anna George-anna Peterson, were attractive in salmon georgette and peach georgette and lace, respectively. respective-ly. They carried bouquets of lavender fiweet .peas and pink roses. Little Misses Irene Shelley, Gale Shelley and Maurine Peterson acted as flower girls, and wore dainty frocks of pink goorgette, orchid georgette and yellow georgette, respectively. re-spectively. Cecil L. Bowman, was best man. A dramatic and musical program was enoyed the forepart of the evening even-ing with Dr. James LI. Grant acting as master of ceremonies. The selections selec-tions given were as follows: vocal solo, Mrs. M. S. Lott of Lehi; reading, Miss Violet Preston; vocal solo, Booth Sorenson of I.ehi; reading, Mrs. Mary 10. Abel; vocal solo, CJell JackMon of Lehi; vocal solo, Ray Shelley; vocal duet, Misses Marie Berg and Helen Timpson;.. vocal numbers, "Tabby and iiun." Following the program, dancing was enjoyed the remainder of the 'evening, the "Americans" furnishing the music. During the last feature 1 dainty refreshments were served.
