Show fVVV. BinzenElect ed Penney Director At the Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of the J. C. Penney Company held in New York City, March 21, 1935, the same Board of Directors were re-elected with the exception of Mr. C. E. Dimmitt, who resigned on acount of ill-health. Mr. F. W. Binzen was elected to fill tills vacancy on the Board. Mr. Binzen has been' associated with the Penney Company since 1926, and for fourteen years before that he vaj active in the local wholesale and Jobbing Job-bing markets as the representative of a group of large mills and wholesalers. wholesal-ers. For the past five years Mr. Binzen has been Merchandise Manager Man-ager of the Penney Company in charge of all merchandise operations. The other Directors, all of whom were re-elected, include J. O. Penney; Pen-ney; Earl C. Sams; George H. Bush-nell; Bush-nell; J. I. H. Herbert; Wilk Hyer; Lew V. Day; G. H. Crocker; W. A. Reynolds; Earl A. Ross and A. W. Hughes. |
