Show ing the past week left Sunday for Cokeville, Wyoming, to visit with Mr. Hoop's sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Brandsen. Mrs. Barkdull accompanied them to Cokeville and will visit for a time with her daughter daugh-ter and friends there. Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Buhler were called to Heber Sunday due to the serious illness of Mr. Buhler's father, who is confined to the hospital there. Mr. and Mrs. James Lewis Jr. and family and Mrs. Mina Lockwood and family are moving to American Pork this week. They have recently purchased pur-chased the home formerly occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Frank Simmons in the Second ward. The people of Highland wish them success in their new home. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Day and babe moved to Manila the last of the week. Mr. Day will assist his father-in-law, Mr. Heber Roundy, on his farm in that vicinity. o HIGHLAND NEWS Mr. and Mrs. Emil Jerling and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Jerling attended a surprise party in Salt Lake City Saturday evening at the home of Mr. E. Jerling's brother and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Brang, on March 3. Mr. and Mrs. Brang and a number of friends from Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Jerling of Highland, pleasantly surprised Mr. and Mrs. Emil Jerling at their home here, the occasion being Mr. Jerling's birthday. birth-day.
