At tne o'clock session the women's public sneaking contest was conducted in he ivory room of the Newhouse hotel with Mrs. Helen Rasmussen presiding. The contest subject was "Better Schools for Rural America . The state winner will represent Utah in the contest at the regiona convention at Yellowstone national park, June 23, 24 and 25. The winner of the public speaking speak-ing contest will appear over radio station K. D. Y. L. Saturday morning, morn-ing, from 11:15 to 11:30, delivering the winning essay. rw-
