Miller, newly-elected president, Monday night. Attending the meeting were Lloyd B. Adamson, first vice president; Elmer Bate, third vice president; Earl Holmstead, secretary; M. L. Baird, treasurer; Clarence A. Grant, tail twister; Kenneth J. Bird, music director; Dr. Guy S. Richards and Leo G. Meredith, directors and Mr. Miller. Personnel of the various committees commit-tees follows: Lions education Clifford E. Young and Lloyd B. Adamson. Membership and attendance William Chipman and Glen L. Taylor. Tay-lor. Community and civic welfare M. L. Baird, J. F. Walton, and Dr. V. F. Houston. Finance and dues Leo G. Meredith. Mere-dith. Boys and girls betterment and education Joseph H. Storrs and Thomas A.
