Show Misses Virginia Shelley and Donna Don-na Lou Davis with Messers Keith Miller, Earl Kelly and Howard Pax-man Pax-man were among those from this city attending the play put on by the Alpine ward Monday night. Mr. and Mrs. Barratt Chadwick of Ogden are spending the week here visiting Mr. Barratt's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Chadwick, and in Lehi visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Comer. Provo Mrs. Bertha Roberts, instructor in-structor of French at the B. Y. U., was hostess to twenty teachers and advanced students of French Tuesday Tues-day evening at her home in Provo. interesting talks in French on customs and manners in France were given by Sarah Shelley, Merrill IVan Wagenen, Robert Cooper and Ann Coulam. Games were played and refreshments served. The rooms were decorated with French flags and the table was arranged with blue and white centerpiece, blue tapers and tiny French flags.
