o Todays Postage Post-age Rates Some questions are daily asked about postal rates. For information of the public the following is printed print-ed having been furnished by Postmaster Post-master Chadwick. Local Rate Within city and R. F. D. first class sealed letters, 2 cent3 per oz; third class, unsealed letters and Xmas cards, VAc oz. Post cards lc. Outside City, but within U. S. First class, 3c; third class and Xmas cards ly2c; post cards lc. Foreign First class letters 5c oz. Post cards 3c. All parcel post must bo weighed at Postoffice. Since Christmas comes on Monday there will be no village or R. F. D. delivery on that day, but the post-office post-office will be opened from 8 to 10 a. m., both on Sunday and Monday for the accommodation of the public.
